Overview

Unity In Motion strives to develop honesty, discipline and unity among youth and adults using the martial arts as a tool. Unity In Motion incorporates the martial arts philosophy and the Bahá’í Writings to foster spiritual growth and to build confidence and self-esteem to meet aggression with peace.
