Christianity and the Bahá’í Faith

Overview
This workshop addressed the general relationship between the two religions
covering such issues as the nature of revelation, the relationship of
Jesus to God and to Bahá’u’lláh, the nature of Christian and
Bahá’í scripture, and the role of prophecy.
Outline
1. Examination of a few New Testament
verses about the relationship of Jesus to the Father.
2. Discussion of a few passages from
Bahá’u’lláh’s writings about revelation and Manifestations.
The experience of revelation for Bahá’u’lláh.
3. Clarification of the meaning of
Jesus’s words in the context of Bahá’u’lláh’s.
